Our Story

Born Local. Built to Last.

Munduk Menir Villas was born from a family's love for their village.

Founded by the late I Nyoman Niryasa — a farmer who became a land broker, a village head, and ultimately a visionary — the property is named after "Menir", a Sanskrit-rooted word symbolising prosperity, fertility, and good health.
